Solutions for the whole house

Six home services, each explained in plain words so you know exactly what to ask for.

What I do

Every service on this page is one I help people line up all the time: windows, heating and cooling, plumbing, solar, roofing and pest control. I am not the one holding the ladder. My job is to make sure your request reaches the right kind of help with the right details attached.

  • Clear notes on what each service covers
  • Questions to ask before anyone starts work
  • A single signup for any of the six

The six things I help with

Windows Installation

Fogged glass, sticking sashes and frames that let the weather in. I help you weigh a full replacement against an insert that keeps the trim.

HVAC: Heating & Cooling

Uneven rooms, short cycling or a unit that will not start. A proper inspection finds the cause before anyone talks about replacing it.

Plumbing Services

Slow drains, running toilets, water heaters and the odd bang in the pipes. Small fixes now save walls and floors later.

Solar Panel Installation

Roof angle, shade and your monthly usage decide whether panels make sense. I help you check that before you look at prices.

Roofing Services

Missing shingles, flashing gaps and gutters full of grit each point to a different repair. Patch, reseal or replace, in that order.

Pest Control

Ants, rodents, termites and wasps each need a different approach. Identify the pest first so the treatment is the right one.

Know which service you need?

Pick it on the signup form, add a few lines about the problem and where it sits, and I will get the request moving.

How a home service gets moving

It takes four short steps, and nothing is booked until you say so.

  1. 1

    Choose the service

Windows, heating and cooling, plumbing, solar, roofing or pest control.

  2. 2

    Name the trouble spot

Is it the attic, kitchen, basement, roof or yard? The fix starts in the right place.

  3. 3

    Share the details

Say what's broken or what you'd like installed. Rough details are fine.

  4. 4

    Set the visit day

Pick a time that suits you, and the install, repair or treatment begins at your home.

Before anyone arrives

A little preparation makes the visit shorter and the quote more accurate.

Worth asking first

  • Is the person licensed and insured for this type of work?
  • Will the quote cover materials, labor and cleanup?
  • What happens if more damage turns up once work begins?
  • How long will the house be disrupted?

Worth having ready

  • Photos of the problem area taken in daylight
  • The age of the roof, furnace or windows if you know it
  • Recent utility bills for solar or heating questions
  • Clear access to the attic, basement or crawl space
