These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the HomesNowA website and the services offered through it. By visiting the site, creating an account or submitting a service request, the visitor agrees to be bound by these terms and by the Privacy Policy.

Anyone who does not agree with any part of these terms should not use the site or submit a request.

HomesNowA is an information and request service for home improvement and home services, including window installation, heating and cooling, plumbing, solar panel installation, roofing and pest control. The site explains these services in plain language and lets visitors submit a request describing the work they need.

HomesNowA does not itself perform installations, repairs or treatments. Any work carried out at a property is performed by an independent provider under that provider's own terms.

Some features require an account. When registering, the visitor agrees to:

• Provide information that is accurate, current and complete.
• Keep that information up to date.
• Keep the account password confidential and not share it with others.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that takes place under the account.

HomesNowA may suspend or close an account that appears to be inaccurate, misused or in breach of these terms.

The site may be used only for lawful purposes and only by individuals who are at least eighteen years of age. Visitors agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information in any form or request.
• Use the site to harass, harm or impersonate any person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.
• Copy, scrape or reproduce site content for commercial use without permission.
• Introduce viruses or other harmful code.

A service request submitted through the site is an expression of interest, not a binding booking. HomesNowA may pass the details of a request to one or more independent providers so they can respond. Each provider is responsible for its own quotes, scheduling, workmanship, licensing and insurance.

Any agreement for work is made directly between the homeowner and the provider. HomesNowA is not a party to that agreement and does not guarantee the availability, quality, price or outcome of any provider's work.

By providing a phone number or email address, the visitor agrees that HomesNowA may send messages about the request, including confirmations, updates and reminders. Marketing messages are sent only where the visitor has given separate consent on the signup form, and that consent can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP to a text message or using the unsubscribe link in an email.

Message and data rates may apply depending on the visitor's mobile plan.

All text, graphics, logos, icons and other content on the site belong to HomesNowA or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Content may be viewed and printed for personal, non commercial use only. Any other use requires written permission.

The site and its content are provided on an as is and as available basis. Information about home services is general in nature and does not replace an inspection or advice from a qualified professional who has seen the property.

HomesNowA makes no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error free or free of harmful components, and no warranty about the accuracy or completeness of any content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomesNowA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the site, from reliance on its content, or from any work performed by an independent provider. This includes loss of data, loss of income and property damage.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent the law allows.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled informally will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, and both parties waive the right to bring or join a class action.

HomesNowA may update these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when it is posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
